Kristyn Acho

Kristyn Acho (2017-2019) is from the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan and received her MHSA degree from the University of Michigan School of Public Health in 2017. During her time in graduate school, Kristyn completed an administrative internship at Beaumont Health System, where she examined strategies for developing value-based care models. Kristyn also participated in a quality improvement project at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. Prior to obtaining her Master’s degree, she worked in the public policy sector in Washington, D.C. Kristyn received her B.A. in English with a minor in History from the University of Michigan in 2013. Her professional interests include strategic planning, hospital operations, and ambulatory care. Outside of work, Kristyn enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring Chicago, and traveling.

Brianna Solola

Brianna Solola (2017-2019) is from Northwest Indiana and received her M.S. in Health Systems Management from Rush University Medical Center in 2017. While at Rush, Brianna completed an administrative internship in Employee and Organizational Development and served as a Project Manager for the Division of Cardiology. Prior to graduate school, Brianna earned her B.S. in Healthcare Management and Policy at Indiana University-Bloomington. Additionally, she has completed internships at UNC Health Care and Cook Medical, a private manufacturer of medical devices. Brianna’s professional interests include hospital operations, community health, and strategic planning. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, playing tennis, road cycling, and spending time with friends and family.

Victoria Ng

Victoria Ng (2016-2018) is from Columbus, Ohio and received her MPH in healthcare management from the Yale School of Public Health in 2016. During her time at Yale, Victoria completed an administrative internship at New York-Presbyterian Hospital and two practicums at Yale New Haven Health System. Victoria earned a bachelor of science in microbiology with minors in mathematics and business from The Ohio State University in 2011. Her professional interests include hospital operations and strategic planning. In her free time, Victoria enjoys traveling, scuba diving, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.

Emily Perish

Emily Perish (2016-2018) is from the south suburbs of Chicago and received her MPP from the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy in 2016 where she focused on health policy, economics, and inequities. During her time in graduate school, Emily was a member of the Graduate Program in Health Administration and Policy. Additionally, she completed independent research on improving data collection processes at a maternal hospital in Kumasi, Ghana. Emily also remains involved in research and development of a program that provides comprehensive care to the most high utilizing and complex patients. Emily earned her B.A. from Lawrence University in 2012. Her professional interests include strategic planning and operations. Outside of work, Emily loves to hike, play sports, and discover new cities – both here and abroad.
