Dana Suskind, patient, patient's mother

University of Chicago Physicians at Matteson offer expert care for ear, nose, and throat problems in children of all ages. Many common concerns such as ear infections, snoring, and sinusitis can be effectively treated on site. If surgery is required, our pediatric otolaryngologist has access to advanced technology at Comer Children's Hospital at the University of Chicago, such as CT-guided surgery equipment, which improves outcomes for our young patients.

At the Matteson facility, our board-certified pediatric otolaryngologist provides outpatient consultations and post-surgical follow-up care for the following conditions, and more:

  • Ear, tonsil, and sinus infections
  • Sinusitis
  • Nasal allergies
  • Snoring
  • Obstructive sleep apnea
  • Airway problems, such as stridor
  • Congenital hearing loss, including cochlear implant assessment and follow-up care
  • Ear, nose, and throat problems resulting from gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
