Urban Health Initiative
The Urban Health Initiative (UHI) is a partnership between the University of Chicago Medical Center and community doctors, clinics and hospitals to improve the long-term health of South Side residents. Together, we're creating a more rational health care system in which patients can get the right care at the right time in the right place.
