Adam S. Bodzin, MD

Adam S. Bodzin, MD, is a highly skilled surgeon who specializes in abdominal organ transplantation, including liver, kidney and pancreas transplant, as well as hepatobiliary surgery, with a focus on liver malignancy.

Dr. Bodzin is also an active researcher and investigates ways to improve treatment and outcomes for transplant patients. He is currently interested in the improvement in transplant outcomes for patients with Hepatocellular Carcinoma and increasing the donor pool and organ utilization. His work has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals, including Journal of Cellular Physiology, Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery, Clinical Transplantation, and Experimental and Clinical Transplantation.
