Anne R. McCall, MD, is an expert in radiation oncology, specializing in the treatment of breast cancer, gynecologic cancers, lymphoma, lung cancer, prostate cancer and solid tumors. She uses the leading-edge TrueBeam™ system to deliver a range of radiation therapies. This innovative technology is highly accurate -- allowing for faster, more comfortable treatment while minimizing damage to healthy tissue.

Dr. McCall's practice is based at the University of Chicago Medicine Comprehensive Cancer Center at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox, IL, where patients receive the expertise and investigational therapies of the University of Chicago Medicine in a convenient community setting.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. McCall is interested in translational research -- the process by which discoveries made in the lab are brought to patient populations. She also has a strong interest in cost-benefit analyses, including the economic impact of shorter radiation regimens for patients diagnosed with early stage breast cancer.

Dr. McCall is regularly named one of the "Best Doctors in America" by Best Doctors, Inc. and is an active member of the Leadership Board of the Prairie Land Region of the American Cancer Society.
