Antony Y. Kim, MD

Assistant Professor of Medicine

Dr. Antony Kim is an expert cardiologist specializing in clinical heart failure and heart transplantation. He is highly skilled in the medical management of heart failure.

He is currently investigating the pathogenesis of cardiomyopathy--the origin and development of heart failure. Dr. Kim's research interests also include vascular biology in heart failure, and more specifically in endothelial function involving various pathologic states. His research extends to hemostasis and thrombosis related to cardiovascular disease.

Dr. Kim is an accomplished scientist and has received many honors and awards for his promising laboratory research.
