Sennett, MDAssociate Professor of RadiologyInterim Section Chief, Breast ImagingCharlene Sennett, MD, provides patients with comprehensive breast screenings and diagnostic breast health care. As part of the multidisciplinary breast cancer team, Dr. Sennett works to uncover early signs of breast cancer and diagnose the disease accurately and effectively. Dr. Sennett's research focuses on the role of computer-aided systems in the diagnosis of breast cancer. In addition, she serves as the primary investigator of the Chicago Breast Cancer Quality Consortium, a task force designed to address disparities in breast cancer mortality rates by improving access to care. A dedicated educator and mentor, Dr. Sennett teaches medical students, residents and fellows about breast imaging, pathology and image guided interventional procedures.
