Eunice Chen, PhDAssistant Professor of PsychiatryCo-Director, Eating Disorders ProgramDr. Eunice Chen is interested in exploring the relationship between suicidal behavior and eating and weight disorders. Dr. Chen is an expert in the treatment of these problems. Her treatment interests include dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive-behavior therapy and Maudsley family therapy. Dr. Chen's primary research focuses on the development of psychosocial treatments for adults with eating and weight disorders. Her current ongoing studies include comparing dialectical behavior therapy with drug therapy for women with bulimia nervosa and major depression and comparing intensive cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy for women with binge-eating disorder.
