Dr. Lainie Ross is a frequent lecturer at national and international conferences on ethics and medicine. She has written dozens of research articles and book chapters on issues in medical ethics--such as organ transplant, genetic testing and public policy.

One of her current research interests includes the ethics of newborn genetic screening, a project supported by the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development. Dr Ross serves on the American Academy of Pediatrics Committee on Bioethics.
