He is active in teaching EEG and EMG to resident physicians. Dr. Jacobsen also interprets polysomnographic studies. Polysomnographies are all-night studies of patients with sleep-related complaints, such as snoring, excessive daytime sleepiness, breathing difficulty during sleep, restless legs, or insomnia.
