Kerstin Stenson, MD, is a dedicated surgeon who specializes in treating patients with head and neck tumors. Her clinical expertise includes functional reconstruction following head and neck cancer. In addition, her research interests focus on functional and quality-of-life issues for patients during and after surgery for head and neck cancer.

Besides caring for cancer patients, Dr. Stenson treats individuals with facial trauma and vocal cord dysfunction. She is also proficient in "medialization thyroplasty," a state-of-the-art technique treating vocal cord paralysis.
