Linda Wagner-Weiner, MD, MSAssociate Professor of PediatricsLinda Wagner-Weiner, MD, MS, is a highly skilled pediatric rheumatologist. She specializes in the diagnosis and comprehensive management of systemic lupus erythematosus, childhood arthritis, musculoskeletal pain, vasculitis, dermatomyositis and scleroderma. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Wagner-Weiner has served as the primary investigator on multiple long-term studies. She has examined the use of HPV vaccine in adolescents with systemic lupus erythematosus and also has tested the safety and efficacy of medications in children with juvenile arthritis. Her research has been supported by grants from leading industry organizations, including the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the Arthritis Foundation and the Lupus Foundation of America. Dedicated to educating the medical community, Dr. Wagner-Weiner frequently presents cases at Grand Rounds and lectures at national and international conferences on pediatric rheumatic diseases. She serves as a reviewer for several scientific journals, including the Pediatric Rheumatology Journal and Arthritis and Rheumatism.
