Lissa Sugeng, MD, MPH

Assistant Professor of Medicine

Dr. Lissa Sugeng is a cardiologist and expert in echocardiography with a special focus on three-dimensional imaging using ultrasound.

Her clinical interests include valvular heart disease, heart tumors, and intraoperative echocardiography. She has completed extensive research in three-dimensional echocardiography. Dr. Sugeng is interested in the application of this new technology to enhance diagnosis of valvular heart disease, congenital heart defects, post-operative valve repair, and to accurately evaluate heart function.
