Over the years, he also has led the development of many new treatments for pulmonary hypertension, including the use of intravenous prostacyclin for the condition. Dr. Rich has been listed among the country’s best doctors by Castle Connolly Ltd. and Chicago magazine. He has published hundreds of clinical articles and book chapters on pulmonary heart disease.
