Community Relations
At the University of Chicago Medical Center, one of our goals is to improve and maintain the health of our communities. Our outreach team often visits surrounding neighborhoods, bringing information and services--not only to help people who are sick or injured, but also to teach the community how to stay healthy.
We realize that adequate information and support are key components of living a healthy lifestyle. So, we offer a wide range of services and programs to help individuals understand and exercise their options. From support groups to health screenings to informational seminars, we are committed to promoting health in our communities.
