Self-Hypnosis Workshop

This free workshop is offered to individuals who have been diagnosed with cancer. C. Scot Giles, DMin--certified hypnotist and board-certified chaplain--teaches self-hypnosis as a technique to help individuals embrace optimism during cancer treatment, and also to manage sleep disorders, anxiety and other conditions that cancer patients may experience.

Registration is required. Light refreshments will be provided.
