Infant CPR and First Aid
The Family & Friends CPR/First Aid for Infants and children course teaches the lifesaving skills of child CPR with breaths, child AED use, infant CPR and relief of choking in a child or infant. Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment by using the American Hearth Association’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which provides students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible.
First Aid teaches how to manage illness and injuries in a child for the first few minutes until professional help arrives. The also covers child safety and preventing injuries.
