Labor Preparation for Expectant Parents

For patients who do not plan to take Lamaze, we suggest this class. The class will familiarize you with what you might expect during first stages of labor and delivery.

This is a great class for first-time parents. We suggest you finish this series at least one month before your baby's due date.

This series is open to University of Chicago patients only. A tour of the maternity unit is also included.

Classes will be offered on the following days:

Classes begin at 5 p.m. Labor and delivery tour to follow at 6:30 p.m.
