Look Good ... Feel Better

Trained, volunteer cosmetologists teach women how to cope with the skin changes and hair loss associated with radiation and chemotherapy. The complimentary gift bag of cosmetics provided at the session is available in light, medium, dark, and extra dark shades to enhance all complexion types. During the session, women also learn ways to disguise hair loss with wigs, scarves, and other accessories.

A special program for teenage girls diagnosed with cancer is available.

This free, non-medical, product-neutral program is offered in partnership with the American Cancer Society; the National Cosmetology Association; and the Cosmetic, Toiletry, and Fragrance Association Foundation--a charitable organization supported by the cosmetic industry.

Registration is required.
