Before Your Visit
The Executive Health staff helps facilitate the transfer of your records for review by our physicians. Utilizing your records, we work with you to custom-tailor the Executive Health Evaluation to your specific health needs, arranging pre-exam discussions between you and your physician as appropriate.
During Your Visit
In the course of your evaluation, you meet twice for private, one-on-one consultations with your personal Executive Health physician, who is a board-certified internist and faculty member at the University of Chicago. At the beginning of the day, you have an initial interview, review of your medical history, and thorough physical exam. At the end of the day, you explore the test results from your evaluation and receive expert, in-depth insights into your health status.
At the End of Your Visit
Working closely with you, your Executive Health physician develops a personalized, high-powered plan of action based on your medical history and the results of your Executive Health Evaluation tests and physical examination. The plan provides you with important strategies for attaining your own optimum level of health. As you work to implement your plan, your physician and the Executive Health staff continue the dialogue with you, answering your questions and facilitating follow-up measures as appropriate.
