Center for Liver Diseases
The Center for Liver Diseases at the University of Chicago Medical Center offers leading-edge approaches for diagnosing and treating the full range of chronic (long-term) and acute liver diseases in adults. In addition to receiving the most effective therapies, patients here receive personalized support and patient education to help them cope with long-term illness and its treatment. Hepatology (study and treatment of liver diseases) is a significant focus within the Medical Center’s Section of Gastroenterology.
