Foot and Ankle Care

Brian Toolan, MD, and patient

At the University of Chicago Medicine, our foot and ankle team takes an individualized approach to treating foot and ankle problems, from the straightforward to the highly complex. We educate patients about their condition and explain all available treatment options for reducing pain and improving function. • Trauma-related injures
  • Tendon injuries (Achilles, posterior tibial tendon and peroneal tendons)
  • Ligament injuries (sprains and dislocations)
