Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)

The Section of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) at the Goldblatt MRI Center is equipped with three high-field (1.5 Tesla) systems. A complete range of exams is offered including brain, spine, temporo-mandibular joint, knee, shoulder, limbs, chest, heart, abdomen, and pelvis. Blood vessels are imaged with MR angiography. The biochemistry and function of the brain are investigated with magnetic resonance spectroscopy and functional MRI, respectively.
